Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103938) and the date (22/9/1444 AH), with reference to the letter of the National Center for Competitiveness No. (000136) and the date (8/9/1444 AH). related to Cabinet Resolution No. (212) dated (4/25/1440 AH), approving the organization of the National Competitiveness Center, which aims to develop and improve the competitive environment in the Kingdom and improve the Kingdom’s ranking in relevant indicators and reports, And to the fourth meeting of the Legal Committee of the Laws and Regulations Support Unit and the like - which aims to propose and address challenges related to the legislative environment in the Kingdom - which was held on (12/18/2022 AD)Which what was recommended by the committee that the center should work on an initiative to update the controls required to be taken into account when preparing draft laws and regulations and the like, and where a questionnaire was prepared aimed at exploring the views of those affected by the legislation, and identifying the most prominent challenges in this regard and ways to address them and benefit from those opinions In identifying areas of development in the controls required to be taken into account when preparing draft laws and regulations and the like.
